The Sylvanian Families Forum is a wonderful place where there are over 1000 memebers that are all interested in Calico Critters/Sylvanian Families. There are monthly challenges with themes to create scenes, stories or crafts! Sometimes the photos we enter aren't included in the stories, so here's where we'll put them!
(Most of the time, these photoshoots are not related to our stories)
2021 Challenge #9: Sylvanian Eras - Victorian
Natalie: Oh Mason! I love this place, especially the balcony.
Mason: Me too, dear, me too.
Chef Harlin: Voila! My latest creation! Handmade macarons and chocolates.
Natalie: WOW!
Mason: It looks beautiful, thank you.
Chef Harlin: Bon appetit!
Natalie: Mason, what's this?
Mason: It's dessert, a cherry tart cake with chocolate and macarons on the side.
Natalie: Didn't we just eat dessert?
Mason: That was a dessert appetizer.
Natalie: Oh, I love this restaurant! Thank you, dear!
2021 Challenge #17: A Trip to the Orchard
After all three mothers of the Cloverleaf Countryside entered a raffle, they each happily recieved an invitation to visit a nearby orchard.
They met up at Teri Choch's Lakeside Lodge to share their good fortune. To their surprise and excitement, all three of them had won the raffle! Therefore, they made plans to go together.
Heidi: Remember Teri, take the right turn up ahead.
Teri: Relax, sis, I got this. Just sit back and relax, do you not trust my VERY TERI driving?
Heidi: Teri! You missed the turn!
Teri: Well, I wouldn't have missed it if you didn't yell at me!
Heidi: I only yelled at you after you missed the turn!
Natalie: *quietly* Teri, could you keep your eyes on the road?
That morning Teri went to pick up Natalie Charcoal Cat and her sister, Heidi Choch Rabbit.
Teri: Come on ladies, don't be shy. Natalie, don't forget the invitations!
Natalie: Yup, already here in my basket!
Heidi: Teri, YOU MISSED IT AGAIN!
After finally reaching the orchard, the three lovely ladies had lots of fun. In the end, they even got to take back lots of vegatables (and two fruits, a tomato and a cucumber). It included a squash, a carrot, a cucumber, a yellow bell pepper and a tomato.
That evening they gathered at Heidi's house and began cooking a wide variety of healthy dishes. (Fortunately, Teri wasn't the one cooking tomato soup)
The dishes were so delish, they promised each other they would all enter the next raffle too! Today they cooked bake squash, steamed carrot, grilled cucumber and pepper and tomato soup!
